Perform analysis of business and financial data to support management decision:making and enhance business processes. Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of business data and provide analytical support to Populars Wealth Management Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
* Monthly reporting and report production, daily analysis, reporting and financial Analysis. Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
* Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
* Participate in compensation management, incentive compensation payments and provide financial and analytical support for the incentive compensation accounting and forecasting processes.
* Create monthly expense reports and provide variance analysis for management and review monthly expenses to ensure that expenses are booked correctly.
* Responsible for day to day financial processes, financial reporting and analysis for the Wealth Management Division. Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.
* Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for the Wealth Management Division.
* Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to provide practical counsel to business partners and management to drive business results.
* Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
* Manage accounts and customer information to strategically find prospects in the affluent segment.
* Responsible for performing special projects to improve processes, implement systems, and performance projects as assigned by Management.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 13;

Experience 13;
Minimum of two 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting and reporting.

* Ability to make sound decisions in a consistent manner with essential job functions. Initiative and judgment to make decisions within the framework of authority granted.
* Knowledge and skill in the analysis and interpretation of business and financial information.
* Must have advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge in PowerBI is preferred.
* High level of organization to establish priorities and strong attention to detail.
* Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required.
* Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus.
* Analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.
* Must be self:motivated, team oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in the use of the following applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel SQL, Access. SAS and COGNOS is preferred. Skills in learning and managing technology and applications.
* Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
* Advanced oral and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
