Staff Management is hiring Call Center representatives to join our Reserve Program at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. In this position you could work from an average of 24 hours a week up to 32 hours or more a week. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls. Industry: Customer Service/Call Center. Duties: Main duties consist in handling customers inbound calls, proper managing of customers accounts. Candidates must have the flexibility to work daily overtime as needed. Previous customer service experience in call centers is required. Employment Types: Full Time, Part Time, Long Term. Work Location: Gila / Guaynabo, Metro Office Park Suite 106 Lot 3, Street 1, Guaynabo, PR 00968. Job Types: Call Center, Customer Service Rep. Shifts: All Shifts. Attributes: Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Benefits: Paid Training, Weekly paychecks, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Time Off. Lifting Requirements: Able to Lift 20 pounds. Education Required: Associates Degree. Starting Wage: $8.00. Pay Rate: Hourly. Required Skills: All candidates must be fully bilingual with at least 2 years of college completed, or equivalent experienced in call center. Good typing skills, and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates must be available to work in any assigned shifts from 7am thru 10pm, Monday thru Saturday. In this Reserve Program candidates must be available to present to work on a short notice (on call). Candidates must be able to present a GCC (Negative Criminal Record Certificate)
