Job Description Mobile Dental Services of Puerto Rico is looking for an Operations Manager to grow its business throughout Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Must have experience consistent with the growth goals of the company. Will be responsible for overseeing: Daily deployment of dental teams to the assigned locations Managing/maintaining inventory of supplies necessary for the teams to do their work Managing the maintenance of equipment The administration of insurance claims Recruiting staff to achieve growth goals Setting and achieving financial goals Must have experience in budgeting, controlling costs and keeping the organization on track financially, manage personnel and other resources helps minimize costs of the delivery of services. Must analyze business forecasts, sales reports and financial statements to find ways to maximize results. Must be able to recommend changes utilizing cost/benefit analyses. You will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction. Responsibilities: Set the company's strategy and direction Create and build the company's culture Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors ??
