Compensation Specialist

Descripcion We are looking for an ambitious Compensation Specialist to join our team. The Compensation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering employee’s rewards programs. Compensation Specialist duties and responsibilities include the design of a compensation package and consistent compensation guidelines based on business goals and strategy. Create and analyze job descriptions, job evaluations and classifications. Recommend new employee’s offers and compensation package and salaries for new job openings. Administer compensation programs. Develop and maintain a company's pay structure. Oversee performance management system and participate in the recruitment process of open vacancies when required. Requisitos

- RequirementsPrevious working experience as a compensation specialist for 1 to 3 years. Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices. Good understanding of full cycle hiring process. Knowledge of current employment rules and regulations. Fully bilingual, English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. BA in Human Resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
