Come and join our communityGeneral DescriptionSupervises the analysis of transaction monitoring alerts in support and fulfillment of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti:Money:Laundering (BSA/AML) regulatory requirements, and coaches the Compliance Analysts in the process. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirectly oversee and supervise Compliance Analyst conducting high risk and complex transaction monitoring alert analysis including but not limited to, Automated Generated Alerts, AML Referral, Subpoenas, 314(a) matches, and Derogatory Media, to ensure efficient identification and escalation of potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities. This position will be responsible for reviewing the work product conducted by Compliance Analyst fulfilling the Anti:Money:Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act transaction monitoring alert review to provide feedback and insure adequacy and effectiveness of the analysis determination and escalation. Interact with the business units' personnel regarding additional information required to determine if an appropriate resolution can be reached. Stay informed of current regulatory or legislative trends and issues as it applies to job responsibilities and applies such knowledge into completing daily and periodic tasks in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision.This job has supervisory responsibilities over the Compliance Analyst positions.Minimum EducationBachelors Degree in Business Administration or related fieldsExperienceAt least three to five years related experience in compliance, preferably in banking industry.
