Compliance Monitoring & Testing Associate

The Compliance Monitoring & Testing Associate will assist in the execution of the Monitoring and Testing Review schedule to assure compliance with the company's policies and procedures. The main objectives of the position are to mitigate credit, compliance, and operational risk and ensure completion of action plans of both internal monitoring reviews and external audits. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other applicable business areas. Business Administration Master's Degree preferred. 3- 5 years of experience working with compliance functions of financial institutions and/or working with regulatory agencies, including the, FDIC, CFPB or Local agencies preferred. 1 - 3 years of experience working with applicable rules and consumer protection / lending regulations , auditing / testing, risk / controls and issue mitigation.
