Comptroller - Financial Officer

Our client, a private equity fund is searching for a well-rounded competent individual to assist in the management of a group of diverse corporations' portfolios, by reviewing performances, analysis, & forecast of income, expenses budgets, & cash flows. Perform financial modeling & projections, budgets, & investment analysis. Worked on the financing of the leverage program, & collaborated on the management of the swap portfolio. Maintain, control, & provide reporting of compliance & ensure compliance with regulators-local & federal agencies. Provide business accounting information to internal and external auditors. Implement & maintain internal controls that guarantee the fairness of the accounting information (SOX 404).Requisitos:Previous experience working in a similar position (private equity fund, banks, securities firms, etc) A BBA degree major in Accounting / Finance preferably with an MBA. A certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required; experience working with a CPA Firm, with at least three years of practice in a similar position, is a plus. Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English and Spanish. PC financial modeling experience and analytical skills are a must. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to utilize accounting & financial systems.
