Leading provider of software solutions to the Automotive Industries is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill an entry level position for Computer Technical Assistance, Help Desk, IT Support and other related tasks assisting customers.

Requisitos:
The following qualifications are a must: • Computer Sciences degree or strong technical background
• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to install and configure computer software, hardware, networks, printers
• Provide Customers Support via Phone, Email, On Site, etc
• Able to work with customers to identify computer problems and advising on solutions
• Crete/Update self-help documents so customers can successfully fix problems
• Knowledge in Networking, Databases, Website development
• Must have good communication skills, interpersonal and customer care skills
• Capable of working well under pressure and minimal supervision
• Have their own vehicle and willing to travel to customers location
