Construction Project Manager

The role of the construction project manager is to own the project from development through construction, and up until the close out. Is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The construction project manager responsibilities cover all areas of the project management (i.e. Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.
Project Location: USVI
Project Duration: 12 Months Minimum
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • 5-10+ years construction project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, service-oriented environment. • Strong business acumen, including an understanding of construction project cost, schedule and forecasting. • Experience managing multiple projects is preferred. • Exceptional work ethic with a desire to complete tasks on schedule with excellence. • Flexible and willing to make difficult decisions quickly. • Highly proficient with computers programs (Microsoft) and Project Management Systems. • OSHA Certified • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
