Construction Project Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
Construction company is looking for a candidate to fill the Project Manager position.
The Responsabilities:
Responsible for supervision of all phases of construction or remodeling activities.
Develop project schedules and execute according to plan. Perform cost estimates and prepare proposals.
Responsible for day to day construction activities supervision.
Review schedules, updates, and change orders.
Responsible for the coordination between designer, subcontractor & owner representative.
Develop and submit all contract deliverable such as progress reports, submittals, RFI, application for payments, etc.; reflecting the work progress and actions required to ensure the development and timely completion of work, under established budget and observing safety standards.
Requisitos:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Experience Required: Project management of Commercial Projects
5-10 year’s experience
