Descripción del Empleo:
Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports.
Prepare, track and reconcile invoices and payments.
Prepare and reconcile checks for suppliers.
Payroll Understanding of basic process and common question.
Maintain the general ledger.
Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts (bookkeeping).
Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology, and others.
Requisitos:
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
Knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel and Word, QuickBooks
Bilingual, English and Spanish.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Working knowledge of complete accounting cycle.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, interfacing with internal and external customers, and meeting project timelines.
