General Description
Determine and establish communication strategy and consistently produces quality content, that clearly articulates the benefits of our new service culture.
Develop and write in company’s editorial style for various formats in multiple channels (internal channels, websites, email, articles, blogs, social media, images, videos, etc.). Highly creative with advanced writing skills, both in Spanish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Determine and establish communication strategy for employees (internal customers).
Creates content in alignment with overall strategy; check, generate and research limitations for keywords.
Create content that allows the site visitors to get the information they want quickly and efficiently.
Develops and produces articles, scripts, copy ads or campaigns (research and interviews, if necessary) to drive traffic and improve employee engagement.
Ensures all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality.
Develops content aligned with Marketing strategies and plans.
Collaborates with Service Champions, Corporate Communications, outsource professional services, designers, external
influencers and industry experts.
Ability to react quickly to messaging and strategy changes
Research and analyze trending and competitive content within the industry and the desire to stay up to date on the latest content marketing trends
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing
Experience
Two years’ minimum experience in website content development, including emails and blogs.
Other Qualifications
Creative skills:
Writing and translation; content and marketing strategy; brand development; web and social media knowledge.
Computer Skills
:
Knowledge of one or more of the following softwares: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, and other related software.
Marketing/Product Management:
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics. Knowledge of internal and competitor’s products and services to provide the quality in service advise.
Project Management:
Knowledge of project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, time management, and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.
