General Description

Coordinate traffic and keep a log of graphic and content job requests within the Content Marketing Department, based on Marketing and Line of Business strategies and our Corporate Branding Guidelines. Coordinate contracts process and invoices and generate job requests and efficiency quarterly reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Traffic coordination and billing processes:
Organize and

coordinate Creative and Graphic Design support to implement marketing strategies (business lines & institutional).
Traffic coordination of job request with suppliers, advertising and printing agencies / Keep a log
of requests received in the Content Marketing Department /
Review jobs based on traffic instructions to ensure quality control / Identify and maximize
efficiencies, processes and production time of
projects
within the Marketing structure and negotiations with vendors / Generate quarterly reports and efficiencies / Coordinate contract process, according to Vendor Management policies and guidelines / Log by requests and billing management, according to accounting processes, including reconciliation of accounts and certifications on a regular basis.

Support to Popular Brand
:
Ensure good use of Popular Brand in requested jobs,
aligned to our brand positioning, business objectives and corporate strategies. Continually update the Corporate Branding Guidelines.

Special projects:

Conceptualization, development and implementation of special projects, in conformity with our branding guidelines.

Proprietary Media support
: Coordinate art production for digital and printed merchandising in branches; including delivery and installation of printed merchandising / Handling of requests, calendar, coordination of production and changes with agency, and assure quality control / Provide monthly status.

Education

Bachelor's (B.A.) or master’s (M.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations.

Experience

Two (2) years of related experience
as a project or traffic coordinator.

Knowledge and Skills

Project Management:
Accuracy and strong attention to detail when accomplishing tasks. Demonstrated experience working effectively with multiple deadlines and projects, in a fast-paced environment and aggressive due dates, as well as passionate stakeholders and users. Ability to work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge on project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate collaboration, logic, and reasoning skills.

Creative skills:
Advertising, printing, digital and social media knowledge. Content and marketing strategy; brand development.

Communication:

Capable of effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Oral Communication: (Spanish and English). Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

Written Communication: (Spanish and English) Good writing skills, with exceptional spelling and grammar. Produces effective presentation. (PPT, Prezi, etc.)

Marketing/Product Management:
Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes advertising and marketing strategy and tactics. Knowledge of internal and competitors’ products and services to provide the quality in service advice and proficient in Popular Brand.

Computer and technological skills:
intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and other presentations software. Experience with data management tools such as Power BI, among others is desired. Familiarity with Canvas or Prezi is a plus.
