Red Ventures is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to support content production on our Education team, working closely with internal and external content creators and marketing teams. Hybrid schedule  Salary Range: $ 45,000-$65,000 *  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience. What we are looking for: Strong detail management and personal ownership/accountability to the work Process-oriented; can identify process improvements and bring them to life Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Google Sheets and Excel skills - comfortable manipulating data in spreadsheets with 1000+ rows. Requirements include creating pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating spreadsheet templates to track relevant KPIs What you'll do: Manage day-to-day communications with freelancers regarding assignment questions, payment inquiries, and network updates Own the procurement process: process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices; internal tracking of budget Workflow maintenance: monitor and update workflow tools (Asana, Google Sheets) daily to ensure that assignments are flowing through the steps properly. Assess and mitigate any blockers. Identify and roll out process improvements for better efficiency Maintain freelance Google Drive and shared resources: regularly audit access, grant and remove access for freelance writers
