Contruction Project Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
GENCO General Contractors is seeking to hire a Full-Time Construction Project Manager for their Aguadilla, PR office to manage a portfolio of construction contracts in Puerto Rico and the Continental US. The selected candidate will be working from our Construction Division Office in Aguadilla, PR. Must be willing to travel island-wide and to the job sites in the Continental US.

This position requires an experienced project manager possessing well-developed people and project management skills and sound business judgment. The candidate should have a demonstrable record of success on small to medium scale projects, strong leadership and management skills along with effective decision-making capabilities.
Requisitos:
Candidates that will be considered must meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree of Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Architectural field
• 6+ years of commercial or federal Construction Project Management experience.
• Fully bilingual, Spanish-English
• Willing to travel
• State-Licensed Professional Preferred
• PMP Certification Preferred
• Project management computer software knowledge, Procore preferred
• Self-motivation, self-direction and organizational skills
