Job DescriptionThis position will supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Maintenance/Engineering staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the established standards. This person will assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.Greet all Guests promptly and with a friendly and upbeat attitude.Follows company standards of hospitality by making eye contact with every guest, smiling and offering a warm and friendly greeting.Be a brand advocate by providing Guests with accurate information regarding our facilities and services.Respond to Guest inquiries and requests and record in the system provided to keep record and dispatch them in a courteous and polite manner.Anticipate Guest needs.Handled effectively and in a positive manner guest complaints following the company standardsDemonstrates power to solve guest problems by assisting the guest and alerting the Director of any complaints. Promptly inform management of any complaint, comments or incident.Handle guest information in a confidential manner according to the company standards.Keep a respectful attitude and positive communication towards all hotel team members and guest.Appear in uniform for all shifts and promotional activities.Communicate and coordinate with Housekeeping/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.Distribute maintenance assignments to Maintenance/Engineering team members.Keep records of bio-hazards incidents.Ensure all request are communicated to the appropriate person.Ensure all request are handled in a timely manner as per brand standards.Follow up with the different departments, regarding the guest request according to the recording system in use.
