What Collection contributes to Cardinal Health Collections is responsible for the collection of customer accounts receivable, credit hold decisions, and the development and negotiation of payment plans. Accountabilities Will manage the application of payments on system. In charge of maintain customer accounts. Will provide customer service solutions to assigned accounts. In charge of document filing and archiving. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required. 1 years of experience in a similar position is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required. Availability to work after hours as business needs is required. Must have good communications and analytical skills. Fluent in English and Spanish verbal and written is required. What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks. Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution. Refers to policies and past practices for guidance.
