A 40 years Company 1979-2019 Has the following job opening for its structural Steel Fabrication Division: COST / STEEL ESTIMATOR (Located in Puerto Rico) Must be familiar with Estimating programs, proficient in Microsoft Office, the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects on a daily basis, and exceed deadlines. Must pay attention to Project Specifications and pre-contract documents. Candidates must be able to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings and contract drawings. Attention to detail, mathematical, analytical, as well as accuracy, and strong written and oral communication are just some of the skills the candidate must possess. Experience: CAD Software: 1 year (Preferred) Estimating: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Excellent Salary Health Plan Allowance
