Customer Service Representative

Descripción del Empleo:
Newly established finance company with high growth potential, request a full time Customer Service Representative for office located in San Juan, PR.
Is primarily responsible to provide support to Presto International Bank by taking calls received from customers, for guiding the client about the products and services offered; answering emails sent by internal and external customers.
To perform a wide variety of routine clerical work in support of the assigned department; to provide word processing and data entry support; and to provide information and assistance to the public regarding departmental policies and procedures.

Requisitos:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Conductive Studies
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Basic knowledge in accounting
• Bilingual and excellent skills in oral and written communications
• Capable of learning new technology applied in company
• Available to travel outside Puerto Rico
• Positive attitude
• Teamwork oriented
