Customer Service Representative

Looking for candidates for Customer Service Representative Candidate must be bilingual (English-Spanish) and with experience in call center and customer service. Must be able to manage order processing and order entry / follow up. Will attend customers calls, support sales team and resolve order and invoices issues. Able to prepare and analyze reports. Previous experience in Administrative, Sales and Customer Service areas. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
