Customer Service Representative

Descripción del Empleo:
• Prepare quotations to customers. • Receive and process Purchase Orders from customers.
• Create and send Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
• Package products for delivery (Secondary packaging).
• Coordinate shipping products to customers.
• Prepare invoice for goods delivered to the customers.
• Process RMA’s.
• Operate the parts stockroom and manage inventory.
• Organize and file Purchase and Sales documents.
• Handle customer complaints
Requisitos:
Degree in Business Administration, Office Systems or equivalent. Fully Bilingual. Experience in Order taking and Customer Calls concerning Product Order status, Claims, Others. Capable of Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment working with minimum supervision.
