PR and Carribean order process review to create delivery requisitions with interactions with the distributions center for proper delivery requirements and instructions on sales orders. Prepare all documentation to be able to export Caribbean orders. Request quotes and booking documents from transport companies for Caribbean deliveries. Responsible for preparing the DEA 486 form, keep the information on IMEX (DEA Portal) up to date in compliance policies and prepare reports on IMEX activities. EDUCATION Bachelors degree completed and 4 years of experience in similar environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SAP knowledge Detail oriented with ability to complete written and verbally assigned tasks following specific procedures.
