Customer Service Representative

We Are Hiring!! Spectraforce Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the location of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The candidate will be taking inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers. Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem solving skills with consistently good voice quality. Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
Requisitos:
Associate Degree in Science, Business, Secretarial Course or equivalent experience.
1-3 years related experience required.
Customer Service or Logistics background, SAP or another ERP Knowledge.
Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
