Descripcion The Customer Service Agent to work remote, must be responsible for acting as a liaison, between customers and the company. Assists with complaints and different services as required by the customer. Coordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Requisitos

- Requirements- Associate Degree or equivalent. Candidate must have internet, more than 10 megas in the home.Two (2) years or more of experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center Setting. Excellent communication skills. • Ability to type. •

- Knowledge of administrative procedures. • Data collection and ordering. • Strong decision and problem solving skills.

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
