Descripción del Empleo:
•Attend customer interactions mainly by telephone (inbound and outbound), in order to provide guidance on products, coverage, claims status and applications, among others; make calls and channel requests through the Referral Program to guarantee an exceptional service with a quick response of information and problem solving to clients, agents and employers.
•Occasionally supports the handling of fax, email, postal mail or public attention in support of Back Office, as instructed by the supervisor.
•Carry out system maintenance, send correspondence via fax, mail and / or email, and issue certifications and letters of notifications to the insured to provide documents and information about policies to insured and employers.
Requisitos:
•Associate or Technical Degree •1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
•Fully Bilingual
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Goal-oriented
•Oriented to the service is core
•Attention to detail / analysis of related documents
•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
•Domain of privacy regulations and security of information protected under the laws of HIPAA and any other law related to the protection of information.
