Data Analyst

The Data Scientist will lead projects and collaborate with business partners including commercial insights teams, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, data teams, external vendor partners, service owners and IS partners to develop analytical models and insights across the PR Operations Organization to answer/solve specific business problems. This role will lead advanced analytics projects from the front and will be responsible for end to end execution. This role will innovate and create significant business impact through the strategic use of advanced analytics techniques.Requisitos:Technical Skills: • Work experience in programming, coding, system design and architecture, algorithms and data structures• Experience with statistical software, coding languages (e.g. R, MATLAB, SAS, Python) and database languages (e.g. SQL)• Experience articulating business questions and using programming techniques to establish business solutions• Able to develop solutions to routine technical problems• Demonstrated skills in selecting the right tools given a problemGeneral Skills: • Excellent communication skills: oral and written. Interacts effectively with variety of communication and working styles.• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English• Detailed technical proficiency with strong logical, problem solving, and conflict resolution• Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative and self-motivation.• Excellent time and project management skills to deliver projects on time and budget.• Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
