Data Analyst (Hr Accountant)

Descripción del Empleo:
-Enter, process and submit weekly payroll -Maintain confidentiality of all employee records
-Pay garnishments and 401K on a weekly basis
-Keep accurate employee records in personnel files and payroll system
-Responsible for complying with current payroll/ HR laws and regulations
-Assist employees with questions relating to payroll, benefits, vacation time etc.
-Setup of new employees and terminations in payroll system
-Administration and setup of payroll garnishments, liens and support orders
-Maintain employees health care benefits, 401k, and short and long-term disability
-Responsible for responding to employment verifications
-Produce reports and compile data as requested
-Responsible for setting up employees in education classes and monitoring grades and payments
-Must also be willing to cross train in accounting
-Willing to take on other administrative assignments
Requisitos:
- MUST have 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Payroll.
- Human resources experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST
