The Data and Analytics Project Manager for Eloan will design, manage, and implement Eloans data infrastructure and business intelligence framework to fulfill Eloans Simply Smart value proposition. Primary responsibilities are:
:To effectively manage Eloans data sources
:To develop Eloans cloud:based data infrastructure
:To optimize Eloans business intelligence platforms
:To develop and maximize Eloans predictive capabilities
:To generate dashboards and reports required to manage and develop the business, and to optimize marketing strategy.
The position requires strong leadership, analytical and project management skills, as well as technical knowledge with special interests in predictive analytics and machine learning. The Data and Analytics Project Manager is expected to effectively influence internal and external work teams and to become a reliable business support for all Eloan team members.

:Support Eloan team providing required information for day:to:day business management.
:Analyze various types of data (internal and external customer data, business, competition, etc.) to come up with insights. Design rich data visualizations to convey an effective business message.
:Ensure the quality of the data coming from different sources.
:Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders for the execution of Eloans data infrastructure and business intelligence framework.
:Optimizing Eloans business intelligence platforms, develop predictive models.
:Identify innovation opportunities.
:Keep up:to:date with the latest technology trends, research and/or tools that can be leveraged to further organizational innovation and intelligence.
:Present comfortably and compellingly to various audience types.
:Identify resource needs and make requests, as needed.
:Promptly escalate any issues which cannot be resolved.
:Support other innovation projects as needed. 13;

:Hands on experience working on large databases and a high level of comfort and experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Point and SQL
:Experience in open source programming languages for large scale data analysis is preferred
:Experience with machine learning and relational databases is a plus
:Experience with SAS, SPSS, Python, R or other programming languages is a plus
:Ability to prototype visualizations is a plus
