Descripción del Empleo:
IT Consulting Firm is in search of a Data Entry Clerk to support and collaborate with a Project Mgmt Team. This is a 25-30 hrs per week contract part-time job.

Some of the key tasks or role are:
• Work very closely with the Project Team gathering information regarding the Project Issues, Status and situations.
• Take notes of different meetings or when requested converting these to official documents.
• Keep folders and files located in the PROJECT SITE or Cloud upto-date at all time.
• Keep office areas clean and maintain office supplies upto-date.
* Collaborate with company team members as requested.
• Perform extensive Excel Data Entry and discuss with others.
* Help with the writing and follow-up of team tasks.
Requisitos:
Key attributes: • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience performing Data Entry.
• Strong knowledge of the English language (writing, reading and speaking).
• Solid experience using PC tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with
special emphasis in EXCEL!!
• Extremely positive attitude towards work, peers and life.
• Very good teamplaying and interpersonal skills.
• Require minimum supervision.
• Strong initiative, sense of urgency and commitment.
• Ability to always use good judgment in his/her decision-making.
