As the Deliver Lead Operation, you will: Oversee daily operations of external warehouse with an emphasis on shipping, receiving and Medical Devices product and components storage. Maintain and manage all GMP standards to comply with company and regulatory agencies requirements. Assure maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment consistent with high standards. Responsible for supervising all customer logistics processes guaranteeing flawless execution on all outbound services according to our customers expectations & aligned to strategic objectives. Assure OutBound process, entry POs, PriceOverride, clients maintance Responsible for executing an excellent customer services with external and internal clients Manage customer expectations and ensures new requirements are embedded by completing the required process changes before roll-out. Proactively seek opportunities for improvement and evaluates incorporation onto the strategic goals. Support the annual Capital & Business Plan Process under assigned scope. Ensure that Company quality standards, and policies are being followed within the team and with outsource companies including all local legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the proper investigation and documentation of all Non-Conformance Events (Investigation Reports and Corrective/Preventive Actions), inside CLS LATAM quality system. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field is preferred. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a Regulated Industry is required. A minimum of four (4) year of experience in supply chain is required. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Knowledge in HIPAA law regulations is preferred. Knowledge in Record management & document control processes is preferred. Experience generating and interpreting performance metrics (KPI) is required. Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is required. Computer-literate in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint) is required. SAP knowledge is required. This position requires up to ten percent (10%) of travel.
