Responsibilities: Role within Convergent Solutions Unit (CSU) in the Americas region. Communicate with clients to obtain straightforward information, answer simple inquiries or define new functionalities. Create and maintain existing software and technical documentation. Code or configure software functionality according to specification, with adherence to CSG software development standards and procedures. Build test cases and conduct tests during system integration/user acceptance testing phases and provide timely resolutions to problems encountered. Resolve assigned trouble tickets related to scripting and configuration. Work independently and know when to request assistance, code review, or design guidance from senior team members. Skills and Knowledge: Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment. Works well within a small team and on customer site for extended periods. Telco and Mediation business exposure preferred. Strong level of analytical problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose issues. At least 2 years of experience in developing algorithms and codes and debug code. Desirable programming experience using C and Python languages. Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (Software). Telecommunications industry experience and related product knowledge preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and in writing) to interact with team members and clients. Full fluency in Spanish and English. Availability for eventual out-of-hours work as per business needs.
