Director, Engineering

The main objective of the position is to ensure a continuous improvement trend in plant operations including process yields, throughput, and systems reliability, by using the more suitable technology while complying with all applicable company policies and regulations of federal, international, and local agencies. Qualifications Strong leadership and people/results oriented. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Education and/or Experience Minimum B.S. in Engineering (P.E.). Advanced degree preferred. 10 years in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Area and 10 in the Engineering field. Knowledge on the operation of utilities and wastewater treatment systems and Filling & Packaging equipment.
