Receive, classify, and securely file all designated documents. Maintain a comprehensive log of document activity (received, removed, updated). Provide timely and accurate copies of documents as requested by internal and external parties. Effectively manage document retrieval during audits or inspections. Input data accurately into designated computer systems. Adhere to established filing and document retention procedures. Maintain compliance with all relevant departmental policies and regulations. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Effectively prioritize workload to manage various tasks efficiently.
