Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible of designing programs, tools and processes to ensure high quality standards and the accomplishment of the strategic goals.
Collaborate in the design, implementations and improvement of the strategic and operational plan.
Lead the Educational Team, collaborate with them in the develop and maintain curriculum standards and set performance goals and objectives.
Direct the planning, development, field-testing, and evaluation of the School’s curriculum
Requisitos:
Professional development of their leaders and develop expectations and action plan, allocate resources and direct work or projects.
Ability to build and manage relationships with community-based and public agencies supporting care coordination.
Ability to research and abstract relevant educational development from the Web.
5 years of experience in school administration, educational director or related areas.
Master’s degree in Education or related field.
