ICF currently seeks an Energy Sector Coordinator to support a large disaster recovery program in Puerto Rico. This is an opportunity to use your technical expertise in the Energy Sector and be part of a strong team implementing important projects across Puerto Rico. As the Energy Sector Coordinator you will Interface with our client and the ICF Regional Liaison Team to ensure the efficient and timely coordination and facilitation of multiple simultaneous Energy related projects impacting Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities: Use your experience on Energy related projects Collaborate with Energy professionals who may be performing projects Ability to work in collaboration with experts is important to ensure the best solution is implemented Work with local, state and federal code requirements Partner with our FEMA, Client and other stakeholders in the delivery of effective and timely solutions for project issues Monitor status projects through obligation and completion Optimize procedures and maintain communication and focus Maintain and track each case as required in project report management information system Collect and analyze key metrics and provide daily reports to management Keep management team informed on issues, problems and resolutions Superior customer service skill set, ability to listen, facilitate and negotiate problems. Requirements: Bachelor Degree is preferred however experience in lieu of a degree may be considered 7years' related experience Strong analytical, time management and communications skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with smartphone MS Office, and project management applications Prior FEMA experience Bi-lingual in English and Spanish ICF is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
