Engineering Support Specialist II Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity The Platform Center of Excellence is looking for a highly-motivated Engineering Support Specialist to join the engineering team who develops the hardware and software that Aerospace runs on. In this highly visible role you will use your project and organizational skills to coordinate, manage, collect, analyze and report organization and project metrics to various stakeholders. You will support projects and initiatives that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes. These projects span across various engineering functions and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Use your agility to help define and drive an effective management operating system that realizes a culture of high performance. 25 Metrics collection and reporting 25 Metrics analysis 25 Productivity projects and processes 25 Coordination with stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university and 4 years of experience in business analytics In lieu of degree 5 years of experience in business analytics Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and Spanish WE VALUE Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and SharePoint. Extensive project management experience Some procurement experience Knowledge with Lean Sigma tools Some IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.) experience Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation. Some negotiation experience Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results Exceeding internal and external customer expectations Effective communication skills and organizational skills Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
