Experienced Pc & Data Network Technician

Vanguard Company in the field of Technology and Telecommunications is hiring full-time employee with deep knowledge and proven experience in PC, Data Networks and WLAN in the Isabela-Aguadilla area.
Description:
• Inventory, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware, peripherals, and equipment.
• PC Setup, Re-image, hand-load OS, application installation and software
• Administer IP assignment and Configure IP/DNS on PC and network devices.
• Provide support for PCs complex issues
• Domain Controller Servers Administration
• Provide Move/Add/Changes support for LAN, WLAN, and VoIP infrastructure.
• Testing and troubleshooting of network connectivity, voice and data circuits and servers, as required.
• Attaching, detaching, or exchanging LAN patch cabling to workstations, servers, network devices as necessary
• Understand and follow standard call handling processes and pro
Requisitos:
• Combined experience more than 2 years, installing and supporting large office network systems, providing deskside support for PC hardware and software and assisting on the administration/support of infrastructure servers (DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers).
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and react to situations with a sense of urgency
• Intermediate to Deep Knowledge of local area networks
• Dynamic person with capacity to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Fully Bilingual- English-Spanish
• Ability to work simultaneous on installs and support activities, effectiveness in time management and establishing priorities.
• Team player.
• Availability and willingness to travel to different places within the Island and to work flexible schedules including Overnight shifts, Holidays and weekends, as required.
