Facilities Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
Oceano Restaurant and Event Venue in Condado PR is not seeking for a F/T working Facilities Manager. Responsible mature Professional with eye for details.

Must have extensive handy man experience; tile work, basic electrical work, carpentry, storm shutter repairs, plumbing, paint, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall and other parts of building structures. Skilled in use of hand power tools.

Ability to take a part machines, equipment or devises to remove and replace defective parts.

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Ability to perform routine maintenance of HVAC and water Cisterna.

Strong organizational multi-tasking and follow up skills. Take initiative, time management skills, conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Requisitos:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, punctual, on point. Manage and supervise our Maintenance Crew. Must be able to prioritize and manage labor as well as schedule labor and project management.

Preferred to be able to speak English and Spanish.

Available to work any day of the week and holidays.
