Description The Field/Sales Marketing Representative 3 plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. The Field/Sales Marketing Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills. Responsibilities The Field/Sales Marketing Representative 3 plans and organizes local marketing and sales programs. Acts as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. Gathers and reports customer intelligence to sales teams. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of technical experience Preferred Qualifications Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PP)Social Media Technology Savvy (Mobil, smartphone, tables, etc.) Experience utilizing multi-media communication channels including video and mobile to change perceptions Bilingual (Spanish/English). Candidate selected will not be communicating in English Additional Information Schedule: Flexible (Including nights, weekends and Holidays) Sunday to Sunday. Overtime when necessary.
