Filing Clerk

Job Description Job Summary: Keep files and documents organized. Work with both paper documents and electronic files, and do routine tasks like data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying and retrieval. Help maintain the document database, and help other employees find documents and files they are looking for, or help make sure that documents they are given are stored and labeled correctly for later use. Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Requirement: Must be have 4 or more years of experience. Multi task person. Microsoft Office Communication: Understanding where files need to go, explaining to people how to request information or store information takes clear communication. Computer Skills Discretion Organization People Skills
