Finance Commercial Associate Manager (Consumer Market)

Ideal candidate must have at 5 years of experience working with Finance in a Consumer Industry and the following requirements:
Strong leadership skills specially with cross functional teams, able to work, negotiate and communicate effectively with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams
Commercial Finance Expert been able to flow from P&L execution to Commercial operation
High resilience and frustration management, feeling comfortable to work with ambiguity or partial data.
Must be a master Excel,SAP and Reporting
Process and Project Management experience to deal with IBM process challenge
Power BI knowledge are advantages and will be taken in consideration
Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including senior management
Executional excellence, being well organized accomplishing the projects on time
Experience with Caribbean or Latin American Markets
Strong knowledge in Distribution Model
BA degree in Finance , Economics or Business Administration
With a Vision of Marketing
Communication skills in English and Spanish
