Responsible for allfinancial documentation, evaluation of documents to justify reimbursementrequests, and resolution of financial issues related to programmatic tasks.Tracks and revises the program's budget and requests reimbursements from the Officeof the GAR. Review requests for reimbursement foreligibility and compliance with the HMGP grant scope of work. Monitor and maintain request for budgetauthority to reimburse requests for reimbursements. Optimize procedures and maintain communicationand focus. Maintain, track cases assigned and provide inputwhere necessary in the data management information system. Review project work sheets prepared by FEMA. Keep Project Coordinator informed on issues,problems & resolutions. Superior customer service skill set, ability tolisten, facilitate and negotiate problems. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Strong analytical skills, Bachelor Degreepreferred, however experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Prior experience FEMA case management preferred. Strong organization skills required. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
