Foreclosure Technician

General Description The main function will be the evaluation of referrals to begin the judicial process of execution of the mortgage loans in delinquency. It involves office work of moderate complexity and responsibility that involves receipt and evaluation of several reports during the month. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyze the cases received in the report (Conventional Foreclosure Referral Register, Non-conventional Foreclosure Referral Register, Conventional & Non-conventional Referral for USVI), and identify the cases that apply to be referred. Encode the cases that apply to be referred in MSP and PM. Analyze and codify the new bankruptcies in MSP and PM, as Webammo report of cases not related to execution. It must be evaluated and analyzed for sending letters, additional management or correction of situation and make notes in MSP / PM. Receipt of report of Law 55 and Over 5 months due not referred for evaluation, refer to execution, correct situation or refer the case to the corresponding official. For cases referred to execution manually, constant communication is required with the Accounting area to request accreditation of payment or return of money available in the area of Mortgage Suspense. Serves collection calls, Loss Mitigation and Mortgage Services. Support the process of answering internal and external audits. Support other functions and operational tasks of the unit when required. Minimum Education 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved in Business Administration Experience At least one year of related experience in mortgage.
