National Company are looking for a Administrative Assitant.

This position serves as a first point of contact for the administration and public that visit our facilities, including assistance in managing incoming enquiries and other the day to day operations.

This position will procure and maintain strong, effective communications with external and internal clients. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills in a face-paced and high energy environment.
Requisitos:
*1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
*Associate Degree in Office Administration (preffered, not required).
*Exceptional ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior telephone manner, maintains a professional, composed manner when interacting with internal and external customers.
*Responds quickly and appropriately under a variety of situations. Provides information, advice, and guidance in a timely and efficient manner, ensures that all responses are accurate.
*Attention to details.
* Excellent command and skills in Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams Office 365, and internet.
*Full Biligual (Spanish and English).
