Tripadvisor, in addition to connect restaurants and dinners through its platform, has also developed specific products for restaurant owners to help them improving their business. They can now increase their traffic to their restaurant page thanks to our advertising product, and convert browsers into customers with our Premium subscription. Guaynabo, Puerto Rico Salary incentives Your role/responsibilities: - Focus on proactively prospecting for new business opportunities with Restaurants - Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities of Tripadvisor restaurant solutions. - You have to acquire these restaurants by phone; collect the information required for qualification of the restaurant, discover of their needs, and convince them of the value added of our offers - Incremental revenue by systematic upselling and cross-selling - Work independently to meet an individual sales quota as well as part of a wider team to support the overall country and regional quota Requirements Minimum requirements: - Full-time work availability - Higher education in commerce and or restaurant business and, or hospitality - Previous experience of at least one year as a commercial, prospecting and customer management B2B online environment and / or leisure-restoration. - Languages: fluent in English & Spanish Main competences: - Excellent communication and people skills - Strong ability to influence at all levels and strong negotiations skills - Customer orientation - Serious and committed, with polite and positive attitude - Self motivation and a proactive attitude - Dynamic and perseverant person - Problem-solving skills - Team player - Oriented results
