General Manager - Medical Device

C-Axis PR, Inc. is a medical device contract manufacturing company and is looking for a General Manager. To run the overall operations for the Puerto Rico Manufacturing Business. To plan, direct, administer and control the assigned operations of sales, plant management, and to achieve the desired sales volumes, quality, quantity, and profitability consistent with the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Responsible for the P & L and financial results for the company. Employee must comply with company quality standards and guidelines.
Requisitos:
•Develops business strategies and plans to achieve the profit and sales objective of the company.
•Provides leadership for planning and recommending, the necessary personnel, facilities, and machinery and equipment to achieve planned sales volume, profitability, and the production goals for the assigned plant at optimum cost.
•Develops, maintains, supervises, coordinates and directs a well-coordinated and efficient organizational structure consisting of project management, production, quality, purchasing, engineering and office support capable of achieving planned results at optimum cost.
•Leads the development of operating and capital budget
•Bachelor degree, or 5 to 8 years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•7 -10 years in engineering or production management experience, 5-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
