Grant Analyst

Full Job Description

Collect, review, organize, and file Project Worksheet documentation in Case Management system. Upload as required into FEMA and Recipient Software applications.
Review contracts and expenses for compliance with Federal regulation and policy.
Prepare and submit Reimbursement Requests to Recipient.
Track grant funding levels and report as required.
Meet with FEMA or other Federal Agencies to review grants and support reconciliation of issues or concerns.
Ensures all Project/Grant information used to support grant development is filed properly in Case Management system.
Create and review reports on grant development and status as required.
