Handyman For Boutique Hotel

We are looking for a handyman to take care of a 19 bedroom boutique hotel with 3 other sister properties nearby. Must have experience in wood work, electric, plumbing, ac maintenance, soldering, concrete, cement, garden maintenance, generators, etc. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to work with little supervision and with a group of young people. Will requested to go to sister properties at times and could be called overnight in case of any emergency. Punctuality and responsibility is a must.

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
Experience:
Handyman: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
