Job Description

The Human Resources Associate-Intern will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of projects related to HR activities. The internship is designed to prepare and develop the intern for a career in Human Resources.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Actively pursuing a college degree in Human Resources or equivalent field.
Previous experience in similar position, practice or related HR projects preferably.
Basic knowledge in recruitment and other HR related components.
Basic/intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with a demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication abilities
Good phone ethics and good interpersonal relationships.
Must be able to work successfully as a team with professionalism, extremely discreet and confidential, with initiative, creativity and multitasking.
