Human Resources Director

The incumbent of this position is responsible for establishing, managing and overseeing all Human Resources strategies, techniques, policies, procedures and practices for the organization. It ensures a healthy and responsible human talent management, and complies in a consistent manner with state and federal laws and regulations governing personnel administration. Advises executive team, supervisors and employees about the acceptable parameters of performance, conduct, work environment, management and solution of personnel cases.
Requisitos:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations or related field
• At least five years of experience working in the Human Resources field
• At least three years of experience in personnel supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Spanish and
• Excellent leadership skills, including ability to influence and motivate others to perform the activities required for the achievement of goals and objectives
• Teamwork oriented and ability to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
• Ability to maintain and safeguard sensitive and confidential information
• Sound judgement, great analytical capacity, and ability to manage and resolve conflicts and tense situations with tact and professionalism
• Possess valid driver's license and own a motor vehicle
• Availability to commute to other location on the island
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
